Bodywork
Healing practice, in whatever modality, involves processing. We receive information, energy and over time integrate experience into our lives. From the beginning of Heartway, support for the body has been essential to all our work. In today's 21st century what was at one time the fringe of health and considered 'alternative' is now in our everyday language. The embodied experience for spiritual, mental and physical well being is no longer ignored, but an essential element in working with individuals as well as groups.
MASSAGE
Energy can be transmitted through voice as in counseling, hypnotherapy and sound healing as well as through touch in therapeutic massage therapy. From the beginning in Heartway teachings massage has been an integral part of the whole.
Our Mandeville location offers therapeutic massage by two licensed massage therapists, Christopher Evans and
Lynne Mauthe.
Christopher utilizes both muscle testing and intuition to balance the body’s energy pathways (meridians) through heart-centered energy transmission to specific meridian points.
Lynne offers a revealing experience through gentle massage, listening intuitively to the body to help release hidden holding patterns. Her Energywork assists in releasing stress and pain thereby enhancing mobility. This practice, using Cranial Sacral Techniques, helps bring balance to the whole person.
“It is the synergism of the work at Heartway Healing Center that produces the amazing results in healing,”

YOGA
More than a spiritual practice or a practice to shed stress, yoga is a way to find a life practice that makes real our interconnectedness and the possibility of an evolving
experience of ourselves and our purpose. Although you will discover muscular flexibility and tone, you will also discover strength, creativity, and freedom to participate more deeply in life – to be a force of change in the world –by being more connected to and supported by the profound well-being that is your essence.
